This page demonstrates the two types of experience a customer will get when they find the EPW logo on the RS / PDL webpages.
Users of the website have the ability to request models to be created for parts they are interested in.
For all parts in the PDL database SamacSys will supply a file that can be loaded on to the website.
Where a model is present a “.epw” file will be provided. Where there is yet to be a model created we will supply a “.html” file. Both of the files can follow any suitable naming convention such as – RSPartNumber.epw or ManufacturerPartNumber.html.
For SamacSys to be able to generate an HTML file (part request token) for every part we will need to be supplied the following information for all parts found in PDL before the tokens can be created:
– Manufacturer Name.
– MPN.
– RSPN.
– Datasheet link.
– Pin quantity if possible.
